Leadership Academy

El Dorado County Charter SELPA is proud to offer an annual Leadership Academy. The Leadership Academy is a year-long program, kicking off with a week-long in-depth training focusing on critical skill-development for successful administration of special education programs and staff.

The week-long summer training brings together a cohort of current or new special education administrators. The focus of the training is to build essential skills for providing special education support and services tailored to your unique charter school’s mission, community, and student population.
