EDCOE Cash Loan ProgramsEl Dorado County Office of Education is offering cash flow advances, in some very specific circumstances, to new Charter SELPA members in 2011-12. Because of the state apportionment process, new charters in their first year with the Charter SELPA will not generate state aid funding until February of 2012. With cash deferrals occurring at the state level, the February apportionment is deferred even further. School districts and charters schools are already greatly impacted by the ongoing cash flow deferrals of state apportionment funding. This additional wait for special education funding adds to the burden. El Dorado County Office of Education is pleased to offer a low interest cash advance to those eligible charters who meet the specified criteria. Attached please find the details of our Cash Loan Program and the Guarantee of Repayment agreement for those interested in our program.
