EDCOE Charter SELPA
The El Dorado County Charter Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) was approved by the State Board of Education in July 2007. The SELPA serves Charter LEAs located out of geographic regions to the El Dorado County Office of Education. It is the goal of the Charter SELPA that all charter pupils with exceptional needs receive appropriate special education programs. The SELPA ensures compliance and assists Charter members according to the governance structure delineated in the Charter Local Plan.
