  were due to the Charter SELPA by January 4, 2010. The review process has now begun on those applications received.
• If you are interested in applying for 2011-12 your notice of withdrawal to your existing SELPA is due to them no later than June 30, 2010. Please do send a copy of your notice to the Charter SELPA Office also by June 30, 2010.
